Founded in 1985 by Paul Jacobs, we’ve been trusted in Ithaca and surrounding communities for over 35 years. Collegeview Homes LLC was awarded Premier Builder of the Northeast by Ritz-Craft Corporation, receiving recognition for being a Top 10 Dealer for 13 years and #2 Dealer for 3 years.
